Just call the toll-free number on your card during normal business hours, or visit www.locateproviders.com at any time of day or night. You may nominate your provider if they are not already on our program. Simply call member services or go online. Please keep in mind that your membership is NOT insurance, so it is simple and easy to use. There are no health restrictions or paperwork. You can use the card immediately and as many times as needed. When you present your card to a participating provider, you will receive a discount at the time of purchase or service.
We know your family's health is your top priority. All your legal dependents may use your card, or you may order additional cards for family members for a small fee.

Doctors by phone services save time and money by avoiding unnecessary doctors office or ER visits.
